I. Main Frame Structure
Crafted with a 28mm solid wood frame, it boasts a stable structure and excellent texture, and can be upgraded to 35mm to enhance load-bearing capacity and durability according to usage needs. Equipped with 10 stainless steel pipes to form a complete pipe frame system, including 2 long horizontal top pipes, 1 short horizontal swing frame pipe, 2 short horizontal connecting pipes, 4 vertical support pipes, 1 short horizontal tower frame pipe, along with 4 stainless steel tees, 4 stainless steel flanges, and 8 knob jacking screws. Assembled with precision connectors, it ensures the overall structure is firm without shaking, balancing stability and easy assembly.
II. Core Functional Components
1. Spring System
Comes standard with 1 set of 16 national standard springs, precisely configured in different areas to meet various force-bearing requirements: 6 springs in the core bed area, including 2 red ones (28kg), 2 green ones (12kg), and 2 yellow ones (9kg); 10 springs in the elevated area, including 2 red swing frame springs (40kg), 2 short green springs (12kg), 2 short yellow springs (9kg), 2 long green springs (14kg), and 2 long yellow springs (10kg). It features balanced elasticity and adaptive load-bearing capacity to ensure a superior user experience.
2. Material & Inner Filling
The surface is covered with 1mm PU leather as standard, offering a delicate touch, wear resistance, and easy maintenance. The inner filling is high-density high-elasticity sponge padding, free of recycled cotton, with excellent resilience and sufficient support that won’t sag after long-term use. It can also be upgraded to EVA material to meet higher quality demands.
3. Sliding & Adjustable Components
Equipped with 2 stainless steel slide rails as standard, ensuring smooth sliding without jamming, and can be upgraded to aluminum alloy slide rails to improve wear resistance and service life. The foot lever is made of 304 stainless steel, supporting 7-level height adjustment, and is equipped with a return spring and a shock-absorbing PU leather cover (or gray checkered non-slip leather cover), enabling convenient operation while balancing comfort and safety.

1. Comfort Accessories
Includes 1 PU leather square box as standard, crafted with double-stitched edging and multi-layer pressure-resistant paint-free board for strong load-bearing capacity. Matched with 1 PU leather headrest and 2 PU leather shoulder pillows, it fits the body curve to relieve fatigue during use. Also comes with 2 plush pull rings, featuring a soft touch that combines practicality and comfort.
2. Functional Accessories
Comes standard with 2 rope hanging posts, paired with 2 sailing boat silent wheel sets, and 10 levels of engraved scales (not stickers) for clear and wear-resistant marking. It can be upgraded to an embedded aluminum alloy slide bar. The pedals include 1 double-stitched soft pedal and 1 multi-layer board frosted pedal; the springboard is made of multi-layer board with PU leather covering, and can be replaced with a gray checkered non-slip cover to enhance usage safety.
Equipped with 2 thickened nylon pull ropes with 2 double rings, which are durable and not easy to break. The pulley system consists of 10 pulleys in total: 2 portable moving wheels at the head of the bed for easy overall movement, and 8 pulleys on the sliding bed, including 4 high-elastic silent vertical counterweight wheels and 4 silent wear-resistant horizontal auxiliary wheels, ensuring smooth operation without noise.
Supplied with 2 ABS mold hanging posts and hanging plates for firm connection; 1 wooden tower pole with hooks, 1 injection-molded non-slip U-shaped frame with hooks (equipped with 2 quick bolts) to meet multi-scenario usage needs; 2 D-shaped plastic handles and 2 single-ring hand pull rings for easy operation; 1 safety rope and 1 foot hook strap, both with diving hooks to ensure usage safety; 1 large PU leather adapter plate with double-stitched edging, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship in details.
