The bed body adopts a scientific combination of multiple components, from the load-bearing frame to the detailed soft packs, all selected from high-quality materials. The standard components can be flexibly upgraded according to needs to adapt to different usage scenarios. 1. Solid Wood Frame (Upgradable)
The bed frame is standardly made of 28mm thick solid wood, with excellent load-bearing performance, stability and no shaking, effectively eliminating abnormal noise during use and ensuring the long-term stability of the bed body. If higher load-bearing requirements are needed, it can be upgraded to a 35mm solid wood frame to adapt to more usage scenarios.
2. National Standard Graded Springs
It is standardly equipped with 1 set of national standard springs, a total of 6 springs in three grades: 2 red springs (28kg load-bearing), 2 green springs (12kg load-bearing), and 2 yellow springs (9kg load-bearing). The graded load-bearing design fits the force requirements during use, with moderate elasticity and not easy to deform, improving the overall comfort and durability.
3. Standard PU Leather
All leather components related to the bed are standardly equipped with 1mm thick PU leather, which has a delicate texture, soft touch, wear resistance and easy cleaning. Daily maintenance is simple and convenient, just wipe with a dry cloth to keep it clean, balancing beauty and practicality.
4. High-Density High-Elastic Sponge Liner
The soft pack liner is standardly equipped with high-density high-elastic sponge, which is definitely not recycled cotton. It has good resilience, soft and skin-friendly, not easy to collapse after long sitting, and can effectively relieve stress fatigue. If higher requirements are needed, it can be upgraded to EVA material to further improve comfort and durability.
5. Stainless Steel Slide Rails (Upgradable)
It is standardly equipped with 2 stainless steel slide rails, which are hard, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, sliding smoothly without jamming, and can easily realize the telescopic operation of relevant bed components with a long service life. It can be upgraded to aluminum alloy slide rails according to needs to further improve sliding smoothness and durability.
6. PU Leather Double-Stitched Square Box
It is standardly equipped with 1 PU leather square box, adopting double-stitched edge wrapping technology, with neat and firm stitching, not easy to thread off. It is standardly equipped with 2 PU leather shoulder pillows, whose size fits the shoulder contour. 9. 304 Stainless Steel 7-Speed Adjustable Foot Pedal
It is standardly equipped with 1 304 stainless steel foot pedal, which is corrosion-resistant and not easy to rust, supporting 7-speed height adjustment, which can be flexibly adjusted according to personal usage habits. It is equipped with a return spring and a shock-absorbing PU leather cover (or gray checkered non-slip leather cover), which operates smoothly and can effectively buffer, avoiding abnormal noise during use.
10. Scale Rope Hanging Posts (Upgradable)
It is standardly equipped with 2 rope hanging posts, matched with 2 sailing silent wheel sets, moving smoothly without noise. 11. Two Standard Pedals

13. Thickened Nylon Pull Ropes

14. Multi-Purpose Silent Pulleys
