1. Frame Structure
Standard 28mm solid wood frame offers stable load-bearing capacity. It can be upgraded to a 35mm solid wood frame to further enhance overall durability and stability, providing a solid foundation for the bed.
2. Spring System
Comes with 1 set of national standard springs (12 in total), graded by load-bearing capacity: 4 red springs (28kg), 4 green springs (12kg), and 4 yellow springs (9kg). It accurately adapts to different force requirements, ensuring balance and elasticity during use.
3. Fabric & Filling
Standard 1mm PU leather with a delicate texture and easy maintenance. The interior is filled with high-density, high-elasticity sponge (non-recycled cotton), which is safe, environmentally friendly, and highly resilient for a soft and comfortable touch. It can be upgraded to EVA material for improved durability and comfort.
4. Track System
Standard configuration includes 2 stainless steel slide rails, 1 middle supporting aluminum alloy slide rail, and 2 external aluminum alloy rails, ensuring smooth sliding and stable load-bearing to effectively distribute pressure. It can be upgraded to full aluminum alloy rails for enhanced wear resistance and sliding performance.
5. Matching Pillows & Square Box
Complete supporting pillows and storage components: 1 PU leather square box (double-stitched edge, made of multi-layer pressure-resistant paint-free board, sturdy and wear-resistant), 1 PU leather head pillow, and 2 PU leather shoulder pillows. It balances support and storage needs, fitting human usage habits.
6. Control & Supporting Parts
Equipped with 1 cast iron foot pedal (5-level adjustment, with shock-absorbing PU leather cover or gray checkered non-slip leather cover), ensuring easy operation, anti-slip, and shock absorption. 1 rope hanging column support sleeve guarantees component stability and improves use safety.
7. Auxiliary Pedals & Springboard
Standard 1 double-stitched soft pedal and 1 multi-layer frosted pedal, offering comfort and wear resistance. 1 multi-layer PU leather springboard (replaceable with gray checkered non-slip cover) adapts to different scenarios with excellent anti-slip performance.
8. Rope & Hanging Column Assemblies
Includes 2 thickened nylon pull ropes (with 2 double loops, durable), 2 vertical aluminum rope hanging columns + 1 horizontal aluminum rope hanging column (matched with 2 inner horizontal/vertical sleeves), 2 ABS mold hanging columns and hanging plates, as well as 2 sailboat silent wheel sets, featuring complete functions and silent smooth operation.
9. Pulley System
18 pulleys in total as standard: 2 portable moving wheels on the bed head for easy overall movement; 16 pulleys on the sliding bed, including 8 high-elastic silent vertical counterweight wheels and 8 silent wear-resistant horizontal auxiliary wheels, ensuring stable, noiseless sliding and outstanding wear resistance.
