1. Frame Structure
Comes standard with a 28mm solid wood frame, featuring a solid and stable structure. It can be upgraded to 35mm as needed to further improve load-bearing capacity and durability, providing reliable support for the entire bed.
2. Elastic Support
Includes 1 set of national standard springs (5 in total), consisting of 3 red 28kg springs, 1 green 12kg spring, and 1 yellow 9kg spring. The combination of different load-bearing specifications accurately meets body support needs and ensures balanced elasticity.
3. Surface Material
The entire bed is wrapped in 1mm PU leather as standard, with a smooth and delicate touch, wear-resistant and easy to maintain, balancing texture and practicality, enhancing the bed’s appearance and contact experience.
4. Inner Filling
Uses high-density high-elasticity sponge padding inside, free of recycled cotton, with excellent resilience, no sagging after long-term use, and providing a comfortable wrapping feeling. It can be upgraded to EVA material for higher requirements.
5. Sliding Structure
Comes standard with 2 L-shaped reinforced aluminum alloy slides. The reinforced design enhances load-bearing capacity, ensuring smooth sliding without jamming, and stabilizing the folding and unfolding process.
6. Matching Square Box
Includes 1 PU leather square box, adopting double-stitched edging工艺, with exquisite workmanship and no easy thread breakage. The inner part is made of multi-layer pressure-resistant paint-free board, with strong load-bearing capacity, serving both storage and auxiliary functions.
7. Pillow Components
Comprises 1 PU leather headrest and 2 PU leather shoulder pillows. The headrest supports 2-speed adjustment, allowing angle adjustment according to usage habits, and the shoulder pillows assist in fitting the shoulder curve to improve overall comfort.
8. Foot Pedal Parts
Comes standard with a 304 stainless steel foot lever, corrosion-resistant and non-deformable, supporting 3-speed adjustment, equipped with a return spring and a shock-absorbing PU leather cover (or gray checkered non-slip leather cover). It is matched with 1 double-stitched soft foot pedal, featuring a soft touch and easy operation.
9. Moving and Fixing Parts
Includes 2 stainless steel rope hanging posts and 2 sailing boat mute wheel sets to enhance fixing and moving assistance. It is equipped with 12 casters in total: 4 portable moving casters on the head of the bed, 8 on the sliding bed (including 4 high-elastic mute vertical counterweight casters and 4 mute wear-resistant horizontal auxiliary casters), enabling flexible movement without noise and full stability.
10. Auxiliary Accessories
Includes 2 thickened nylon pull ropes with 2 embroidered double pull rings, strong and durable for easy operation; 1 multi-layer board PU leather springboard (can be replaced with a gray checkered non-slip cover), non-slip and wear-resistant; 1 foot hook strap to assist in fixing the body and improve usage safety.
