1. Frame Structure

Comes with a standard 28mm solid wood frame, which is stable and has strong load-bearing capacity. It can be upgraded to 35mm according to needs, providing solid support for the entire bed, balancing texture and durability.

2. Spring System

Equipped with 1 set of national standard springs (6 in total), graded by load-bearing: 2 red (28kg), 2 green (12kg), 2 yellow (9kg), which can accurately match the support needs of different parts and ensure uniform force bearing.

3. Fabric & Inner Lining

The fabric is 1mm PU leather as standard, with a delicate touch and easy maintenance. The inner lining is made of high-density high-elasticity sponge soft bag, non-recycled cotton material, environmentally friendly and odorless, with excellent resilience. It can be upgraded to EVA material for better experience.

4. Adjustment & Moving Parts

The foot bar is made of 304 stainless steel, supporting 7-speed adjustment, equipped with a return spring and a shock-absorbing PU leather cover (or gray checkered non-slip leather cover), easy to operate and suitable for usage needs. It comes with 2 stainless steel slide rails as standard, which can be upgraded to aluminum alloy slide rails for smooth sliding. There are 10 pulleys in total: 2 portable moving wheels on the bed head, 8 on the sliding bed (including 4 vertical high-elastic silent counterweight wheels and 4 horizontal silent wear-resistant auxiliary wheels), enabling flexible and quiet movement.

5. Lanyard Column & Accessories

Includes 2 vertical aluminum lanyard columns, 1 horizontal aluminum lanyard column, paired with 2 inner horizontal sleeves, 2 inner vertical sleeves and 1 lanyard column support sleeve, with a reasonable and stable structure. 2 sailing silent wheel sets are provided to improve movement convenience.

6. Auxiliary Accessories

Comprises 1 PU leather square box (double-stitched edge, multi-layer compression-resistant paint-free board), 1 PU leather headrest, 2 PU leather shoulder pillows; pedals include 1 double-stitched soft pedal and 1 multi-layer board frosted pedal; the springboard is made of multi-layer board with PU leather (can be replaced with gray checkered non-slip cover); also equipped with 2 thickened nylon drawstrings (with 2 double rings), 2 ABS mold hanging columns and hanging plates, 1 foot hook strap. Complete accessories balance practicality and comfort.
