1. Frame Structure
Standard configuration includes a 28mm solid wood frame, which is sturdy and stable. It can be upgraded to 35mm specification as needed to further improve load-bearing capacity and durability, providing reliable support for overall use.
2. Elastic System
Comes with 1 set of national standard springs, including 6 springs of different load-bearing specifications: 2 red springs (28kg load-bearing), 2 green springs (12kg load-bearing), and 2 yellow springs (9kg load-bearing). It can accurately adapt to different force requirements, ensuring uniform and stable elasticity.
3. Surface Material
The leather is 1mm PU leather, with a delicate texture, wear-resistant and easy to maintain. The inner lining is filled with high-density and high-elasticity sponge soft padding, made of non-recycled cotton, with excellent resilience and comfort. It can be upgraded to EVA material for higher texture needs.
4. Rail System
Standard configuration includes 2 stainless steel slide rails and 2 external aluminum alloy rails, ensuring smooth operation. It can be upgraded to full aluminum alloy slide rails to further optimize wear resistance and service life, suitable for high-frequency use scenarios.
5. Supporting Storage and Support Accessories
Includes 1 PU leather square box, crafted with double-stitched edging and multi-layer compression-resistant paint-free board, convenient for storage and strong in load-bearing. It is matched with 1 PU leather headrest and 2 PU leather shoulder pillows, which fit the body curve and improve use comfort.
6. Adjustment and Control Components
Equipped with 1 cast iron foot lever, supporting 5-level adjustment, paired with a shock-absorbing PU leather cover or a gray checkered non-slip leather cover, easy to operate, anti-slip and wear-resistant. It includes 1 double-stitched soft pedal, 1 multi-layer board frosted pedal, and 1 multi-layer board PU leather springboard (gray checkered non-slip cover can be replaced), suitable for different use scenarios.
7. Rope Posts and Connectors
Standard configuration includes 2 vertical aluminum rope posts, 1 horizontal aluminum rope post, matched with 2 inner horizontal pipe sleeves, 2 inner vertical pipe sleeves and 1 rope post support pipe sleeve, with a neat structure and strong protection. It is equipped with 2 ABS mold hanging posts, 2 ABS mold hanging plates and 1 foot hook strap, ensuring firm connection and safe use.
8. Traction and Moving Components
Includes 2 thickened nylon pull ropes and 2 double rings, which are durable and smooth in traction. Configured with 10 pulleys: 2 portable moving wheels on the head of the bed, 8 pulleys on the sliding bed (4 high-elastic mute longitudinal counterweight wheels, 4 mute and wear-resistant transverse auxiliary wheels), paired with 2 sailing mute wheel sets, enabling flexible movement and noiseless operation.
