It supports upgrading to 35mm specification and can be customized with transfer printing logos, combining aesthetic appeal and durability. The leather is 1mm PU leather with a delicate texture, and free laser-engraved logos are available to meet personalized needs. The inner layer is filled with high-density high-elasticity sponge soft padding (non-recycled cotton) for plump resilience and breathable comfort, and can be upgraded to EVA material for enhanced texture.

Core Functional Components

The spring system is equipped with 1 set of national standard springs, totaling 6 pieces with classified configurations: 2 red springs (28kg), 2 green springs (12kg) and 2 yellow springs (9kg). The precise elasticity adapts to different scenarios, ensuring stable performance. The slide rail part includes 2 stainless steel slide rails and 2 external aluminum alloy rails as standard. The dual-rail design enables smooth pushing and pulling, strong load-bearing capacity, and resistance to deformation and jamming.

Comfort Accessories

A full set of comfort accessories is provided to care for the user experience: 1 PU leather headrest and 2 PU leather shoulder pillows as standard, which fit the body curve and relieve pressure fatigue. It also comes with 1 PU leather square box, featuring double-stitched edging process and multi-layer pressure-resistant paint-free board, elegant in appearance, solid and durable for storing small items. Additionally, 1 foot strap is included to assist in fixing the body and improve usage safety.

Operation and Mobile Components

The foot lever is a full-track injection-molded foot pedal lever as standard, ensuring convenient and smooth operation. The lanyard posts include 2 main bodies and 2 sailing boat mute wheel sets, with 10 levels of engraved scales (non-sticker, clear and wear-resistant), and can be upgraded to embedded aluminum alloy sliding strips to extend service life and enhance operational texture. The pulley system is fully equipped with 10 pulleys in total: 2 portable moving wheels at the head of the bed for easy overall movement, and 8 pulleys on the sliding bed, including 4 high-elastic mute vertical counterweight wheels and 4 mute wear-resistant horizontal auxiliary wheels, enabling stable and noiseless movement with excellent wear resistance.

Detailed Pedals and Connectors

The pedals adopt a dual-configuration design, including 1 double-stitched soft pedal and 1 multi-layer board frosted pedal, balancing comfort and anti-slip performance. The springboard is a multi-layer board covered with PU leather as standard, and can be replaced with a gray checkered anti-slip cover to adapt to different usage scenarios. The lanyards are 2 thickened nylon lanyards with 2 double rings as standard, solid, wear-resistant and not easy to break, and embroidered logos are available for customization. The double-ring hanging posts include 2 ABS mold hanging posts and 2 ABS mold hanging plates, made of tough material, firmly installed to ensure usage safety.
