1. Frame Structure

Standard configuration includes a 28mm solid wood frame, providing a stable load-bearing foundation, and it can be upgraded to 35mm to further enhance stability. It is equipped with one aluminum half-height stand (with 2 stainless steel flanges and 1 bracket) and one 2cm thick aluminum U-shaped frame (with 2 quick-release pins). The combination of maple wood and aluminum ensures both texture and durability.

2. Spring System

Graded springs are configured according to scenarios: the reformer part includes 6 springs (2 red – 28kg, 2 green – 12kg, 2 yellow – 9kg), and the half-height stand part includes 8 springs (2 short green – 12kg, 2 short yellow – 9kg, 2 long green – 14kg, 2 long yellow – 10kg). The overall standard configuration includes 1 set of national standard springs, totaling 14, which accurately match different training intensity requirements.

3. Fabric & Padding

The standard fabric is 1mm thick PU leather, which is soft to the touch and wear-resistant, widely used in headrests, shoulder pillows, square boxes, adapter plates, jump boards and other components. The padding is made of high-density elastic sponge (non-recycled cotton), ensuring comfort and safety during use. It can be upgraded to EVA material for improved durability and resilience.

4. Slide Rails & Moving Parts

Standard slide rails include 2 stainless steel rails and 2 external aluminum rails, ensuring smooth sliding. It can be upgraded to full aluminum rails to enhance load-bearing capacity and wear resistance. The pulley system consists of 10 pulleys: 2 portable moving wheels on the head of the bed, and 8 pulleys on the sliding bed (4 vertical counterweight wheels with high elasticity and mute performance, 4 horizontal auxiliary wheels with mute and wear-resistant features), ensuring stable and noiseless movement and sliding.
